The Shark Trust
The Shark Trust has been tasked by the Countryside Council for Wales to
get an understanding of shark/skate/ray sightings and (recreational) catches around the Welsh coastline.
And to encourage anglers/members of the public to report their sightings/catches and provide useful products and support for the angling community in Wales.
To do this they have created a questionnaire that will hopefully encourage active anglers/boat skippers to fill in. This is still, very much in the early stages of the project and so the more responses they get from anglers the more useful it will be in providing a response.
This project could be beneficial to both the WFSA and TST organizations.
