THEY have performed before one of the world's most revered statesmen as well as the kings of European football.
Soon the London Community Gospel Choir will be able to add Abergavenny's Borough Theatre to their impressive list after entertaining former South African president and Nobel Peace Prize winner Nelson Mandela as well as Juventus football club.
They visit Gwent on Friday, January 28, for a 7.30pm concert. Their impressive CV also boasts a credit on Walt Disney's smash hit film The Lion King, opening the main stage at the Glastonbury music festival and putting gospel on the BBC Proms map.
