TODDLERS had a whale of a time at Newport Centre while raising money for a baby's charity.
Young children participating in the Splashathon on Friday were raising money for Tommy's - The Baby's Charity.
They were sponsored to swim to the island in the middle of the swimming pool and back - some with a little help from their mums and dads.
Tommy's runs the national event every year and last year's campaign raised £110,000 to fund research into the reasons for premature birth, still birth and miscarriage.
Jane Brewin, chief executive of Tommy's, said: "Over recent years, Splashathon has proved a fantastic fundraising incentive to save tiny lives.
