GWENT have been seeded fourth of the five Welsh regions for next season's Heineken Cup pool stages.
The teams agreed among themselves to draw lots for seedings and Llanelli came out first with Neath-Swansea second, Pontypridd-Bridgend third, and Cardiff fifth.
It means Gwent are certain of a tough draw when it is made later this year.
