A SHETLAND sheepdog called Rain has become one of the top dogs at Crufts. The dog, owned by Jan Matthews, of Bute Place, Aberbeeg, missed out on the top three spots in its category, but picked up the reserve, or fourth prize.
Jan said: "I've been coming here for 20 years and it's one of the highlights of the year and to come fourth out of 24 isn't bad."
All the canine finalists at Crufts have already won competitions to qualify for the premier event.
