POLICE divers are continuing to search for the body of a 19-year-old Newport student who is feared drowned after going swimming in the River Wye, in Symonds Yat. The man, who has not been named, had been visiting the area with a group of friends on Wednesday.
He was reported missing after getting into difficulty in the river near the Old Ferry Inn in Herefordshire.
A police underwater search unit has been searching for the teenager, and the search was due to resume today.
