A Welsh environmental group has moved into new premises in Gwent. Wales Environment Trust, which provides free advice and support to help local authorities and small businesses realise the value of their recyclable materials, has moved to Imperial Park, Newport.
To coincide with the office move, the Trust has unveiled a new brand identity. The new logo has been designed to represent the trust's dynamic approach to helping organisations access funding opportunities and exploit the commercial opportunities of recycling.
The new offices will provide the vital additional space needed following on from the success and continuing growth of the organisation. The workforce has expanded by 50 per cent over the last year and has plans for further development.
Dr Steve Bentley, director at Wales Environment Trust, said: "The trust has expanded significantly over recent years, which meant that we simply outgrew the old office space. "The new building gives us an exciting and easily accessible location between Newport and Cardiff, and it will undoubtedly give us greater opportunity to continue our growth."
