Cardiff consultant surveyors Lambert Smith Hampton has appointed Phil Matthews, to senior surveyor in the professional Consultancy Department.
Phil is no stranger to the Welsh market having joined from GVA Grimley's Cardiff office.
He said: "I am really excited to be joining LSH. My role within the professional consultancy team of the Cardiff office will allow me to undertake future projects with a more direct and immediate client relationship. The ethos at LSH is very positive - with an innovative and entrepreneurial approach encouraged. "I will be focusing upon expanding and developing the landlord and tenant services throughout South Wales and capitalising on a strong professional offering already provided by LSH through the division."
Lee Mogridge, director of LSH Cardiff said: "This is an important appointment for us and will enable us to provide additional services to clients in an ever demanding marketplace. "I'm delighted to welcome Phil on board, who will prove a substantial asset to our practice."
