Banker John Lloyd-Jones threw down the gauntlet to the business world of Wales - catch us if you can!
The HSBC senior public relations manager for Wales and the West issued the challenge to companies to sign up for a run around Cardiff. His corporate challenge was part of the HSBC City of Cardiff 10k event on September 4 in aid of the Kidney Wales Foundation.
There were three trophies up for grabs for corporate teams of six to aim for, along with a framed certificate and a special T-shirt for every runner. Staff at HSBC in Newbridge took part.
Mr Lloyd-Jones said: "This event is not just about being first to cross the finish line, it's about hundreds of people coming together to support a charity that can and does make such a huge difference to people in Wales with kidney disease. "The bank asked its staff to take part and run as a team, and we challenged businesses like Panasonic across Wales to join us and help raise a lot of money for a great cause."
