Chairman of the Caldicot Operatic Society Colin Harris had a upper-body wax courtesy of The Beauty Spot, Chepstow.
This was in preparation for the society's pantomime Aladdin to be performed from February 21 to 25, at Grayhill School,Caldicot.
All monies raised by sponsorship will go to St David's Foundation.
Rehearsals are in full swing and the show promises to have something to suit all ages.
So hurry along and get your tickets booked!
Prices are £5 and £6 and can be purchased on the door or from Darlows Estate Agents, Caldicot (personal callers only please).
Performance times are Tuesday to Friday at 7.15pm and on Saturday there's a matinee at 2.15pm.
