Sir Bob Geldof has just been confirmed as the keynote speaker at the forthcoming B2B Wales - Wales' largest business event taking place on the pitch at the Millennium Stadium in under three months time.

The charismatic front man of The Boomtown Rats and the drive behind both Live Aid & Live 8 is also a highly astute businessman & entrepreneur and he will be joining an exciting and dynamic line-up of speakers including;

Simon Woodroffe from BBC's Dragons Den and YO! Sushi founder, Jacqueline Gold, the force behind Knickerbox and Ann Summers, Charles Morgan of Morgan Cars and Richard Duvall, the creator of Egg and Zopa.

B2B Wales, sponsored by the Welsh Assembly Government is one in a series of seven, pioneering business events designed for owners, directors and entrepreneurs running SMEs.

With more than 40 thought-provoking seminars and workshops, and more than 150 top-flight exhibitors, B2B Wales offers extensive business resources under one roof, over two exciting days.

Exhibitors already confirmed include: Certus IT, HSBC, Newport Business School, Reed Employment, Regus, S4C and Xenos - The Wales Business Angel Network in addition to over 100 other organisations.

This free event will attract more than 3,000 visitors who will attend to source information, advice and inspiration and to find new suppliers to make their businesses run more effectively and efficiently.

Bron Ellis, marketing director of B2B Wales, said: "Research has shown that entrepreneurs are time poor and information hungry and this unique event with its breadth of exhibitors ensures that full advantage can be taken of the time spent at B2B Wales."

B2BWales is sponsored by the Welsh Assembly Government and is organised in partnership with the Cardiff Chamber of Commerce, together with national media partner The Sunday Times and regional media partner The Western Mail.

Not only will this be the largest event of its kind in Wales but the setting, on the pitch, under the closed roof of the inspirational stadium, will itself create an environment of success and motivate visitors and exhibitors alike.

One additional benefit for Welsh rugby fans is that the entrance to B2B Wales will be via the player's tunnel, what better way to breathe fire into your business. Registration to B2B Wales is FREE - www.b2bwales.co.uk
