Glad you troubled yourselves to read my blog again.

The first is always the most difficult as you don't know what to put or how long to write.

I shouldn't have that difficulty for long.

I went up to All Creatures animal sanctuary to help out yesterday, so no blog as I was shattered afterwards.

The staff and volunteers work SSOO hard there.

We have 4 lovely dogs there who have been there for so long - young collie crosses.

Their environment isn't the best and they really need a home to go to.

If you're seriously looking, then call up to Llanrechfa to see them.

I made the mistake of thinking I could comfortably get between an angry goose and the barn wall - I have the bruise on my leg to prove it! Ouch.

Now I know why people eat them for Xmas lunch. I also went to see 2 young dogs that had previously been adopted - 2 collie crosses again - there are so may in this area.

These two boys have come on so well and one I particular nearly made me cry.

He'd been abused and left with what we feared might ha ve been a permanently damaged leg. 3 months later, he's put on weight and is putting weight on - the leg!

I almost didn't recognise him, as he looks so well.

All credit to his young owners who had never owned a dog before but is totally dedicated and commited to making this boy happy and fulfilled.

My eldest son has moved back in - originally just for a month but now he's talking about setting up a standing order to pay his rent....

He's a manager at one of Newport's bars and has a lovely black eye at the moment.

He was having to 'evict' a young 'lady' last week who lashed out at the side of his head.

Big Brother don't have these problems with their evictions!

My boys do tell me that Newport is not the place I knew it to be - and I think the y're right. More on that subject soon I would hazard a guess...

See you soon.
