A MYSTERY man has lodged a £2million bid for a historic Gwent house with no roof and no upper floors.
The offer is for Piercefield House, a Grade II-listed building in Chepstow.
It is estimated the neglected property, which dates back to Tudor times, would need a further £10 million refurbishment after it is bought.
