A DIALYSIS patient who told a public inquiry he is regularly left waiting for ambulances which do not turn up says he was asked to stop making complaints by phone.
Keith Callaway, 62, of Monnow Way, Bettws, says over the last two years he has lost count of the number of times ambulances are late or do not turn up to take him to and from his hospital appointments.
Now he says he is annoyed at receiving a letter from the Welsh Ambulance NHS Trust's complaints officer asking him not to ring them with any more complaints.
