A SERIES of special performances are taking place at Cwmbran Shopping over the summer.
On Saturday, pensioners Marge and Doris startled and amazed shoppers as they raced round the centre on fast shopping trolleys talking to shoppers and having fun.
Other events include the Vegetable Nannies this Saturday which will see nannies wheeling a Victorian pram filled with their allotment goodies.
The day will also see cartoon artist Scott Walker, street magic with Be Bop Illusion and stories at The Story Tent.
An artwork project will then take place at the centre on August 6 with shoppers of all ages contributing to the one big masterpiece.
Live music and magic tricks will be held on August 13, stories on August 20 and novel and comic variety acts on August 27.
