GLEE fever hit Monmouth this week when a group of young performers took part in a summer Glee camp.
Fourteen youngsters from across Monmouthshire, aged between eight and eighteen, spent the week learning dance routines and songs from the hit American television series that has fans around the world.
During the workshop the students formed a ‘Glee Choir’ and mastered some of the show's much-loved songs which include ‘Don’t Stop Believing’.
Emma-Jayne Parker, choreographer and owner of Go Theatre in Cardiff, put her students through their paces in the run-up to a showcase concert for family and friends yesterday afternoon.
"They had to learn 14 tracks from the show , some of which were solo performances as well as some difficult harmonies and dances," said Miss Parker.
"The week culminated in a show in front of family and friends and was great for them to show how hard they have worked at the workshop," she added.
