FIRE crews were called to an Abergavenny farm on Friday night after a canal boat stored in a barn caught fire.
South Wales Fire and Rescue Service said it was called at 6.10pm to Tyr Pwll Farm, in Old Raglan Road, where a boat was alight. Crews brought the situation under control within an hour.
Firefighters were also called toadomestic garage on fire at Burbage Moor, Osbaston, at 3.48pm on Saturday involving two motor vehicles. The fire was out by 5.26pm. Crews from Monmouth and Gloucester attended.
