A PONTYPOOL man was fined £70 after refusing to move on when instructed by a police officer.
Kyle Price, 25, of Albion Place, Pontnewynydd, pleaded guilty to failing to comply with the direction of a PC yesterday.
Cwmbran Magistrates heard Price was on a night out in Newport on January 22 and was part of a group outside Breeze in Cambrian Road told to move on. Despite repeated warnings, he refused and was arrested.
He was also ordered to pay £85 costs and a £15 victim surcharge.
