A BLACKWOOD man has denied supplying a dangerous product for sports cars.
Andrzej Wojcicki appeared at Newport Crown Court in a case brought by Caerphilly council. Wojcicki, 42, gave his business address of Profess Autogas, Blackwood, and pleaded not guilty to supplying a dangerous product on January 12, 2011.
He also denied operating a commercial practice that was misleading on the same date.
The charge alleges that Wojcicki offered a liquified petroleum gas as an alternative fuel for a BMW, saying it had been examined and tested.
It is alleged this false information was likely to cause the average consumer to make a transaction they wouldn’t have otherwise.
He is on bail to stand trial at Newport Crown Court on September 20.
