THE parents of missing Gwent golfer James Nutley are calling for a murder investigation - two years after their son vanished.

Tuesday marks the second anniversary of James's disappearance while on a golfing holiday in Tenby, Pembrokeshire, and his parents Catherine and Jeff Nutley say they are now certain he did not fall into the sea.

Police have told the family they are confident he was not the victim of an attack.

But his parents say CCTV footage from a Tenby hotel, which shows a man, they believe to be James, just 30 yards from the entrance to his hotel on the night of October 24, 2004, proves he was heading in the opposite direction from the water the last time he was seen.

And the Nutleys today vowed never to give up trying to find out what happened to their son despite the lack of progress in their search.
