The world’s smartest cloud distributor will launch a brand-new feature aimed at transforming client relationships next month at its flagship event, intY CloudFest 2018, in Newport.

The real-time, client-specific dashboard is an industry game-changer, giving IT channel partners valuable insight into how customers are using their cloud software solutions.

A new product aimed at helping IT channel partners provide valuable insights into their client’s digital workplace is set to be launched at a leading channel festival at the Celtic Manor Resort this month.

IntY, an award-winning distributor of cloud services, is preparing to launch Partner Insights, its real-time, client-specific dashboard designed to transform client relationships and give IT resellers, MSPs and VARs a valuable source of insights into how customers are using their cloud software solutions.

Partner Insights, which will be introduced for the first time at intY CloudFest 2018, pulls millions of data calls from some of the biggest software vendors in the world including Microsoft, Symantec and Acronis into an easy-to-understand visual display, bridging the gap between vendor, partner, customer and end-user.

Among other features, Partner Insights will allow partners to check the adoption rate across the Microsoft Office 365 Suite, see how many malware attacks Symantec has stopped and see how many files Acronis has backed up – all in real time.

Using this dashboard data, partners will not only be able to demonstrate the benefits of existing products, but also suggest and cross-sell the best additional products, backing up each recommendation with information unique to each client.

IntY CloudFest, taking place on September 19 and 20 at the Celtic Manor Resort, will combine exclusive training sessions and insightful talks with masterclasses and keynote sessions, giving businesses in South Wales the opportunity to learn about emerging trends and technologies in the cloud industry.

The event kicks off with a competitive round of golf at the resort, which hosted the 2010 Ryder Cup, with teams made up of delegates, intY execs, and golfers from Microsoft, Symantec, Acronis & Comodo.

In another industry first, intY is pledging to cover the cost of accommodation, ticket and time out of the office for any partner who doesn’t leave intY CloudFest with at least one free sales lead.

Craig Joseph, intY CEO, said: “We’re always looking for new ways to transform client relationships and wanted to give our partners something that would help them become not just a provider, but a valued source of insights that clients would keep coming back to, again and again.

“That’s how Partner Insights came about. It’s a new concept in the cloud distribution industry and allows businesses to demonstrate the real value of cloud solutions using data unique to each client.

“We’re excited to launch Partner Insights and equally excited to host this year’s intY CloudFest at the Celtic Manor Resort. Last year’s event was a huge success and we look forward to meeting current and potential business partners again next month.”
