Members of Gwent Landlord Forum will be updated on legislation and cutting edge technology when they meet later this month.

The next Gwent Landlord Forum is on November 27 at the Parkway Hotel, Cwmbran.

Speakers will be Ed Gooderham, director at Green & Co Accountants and Tax Advisors, and John Penquet, from LightLettings.

Mr Penquet will be discussing his app Kasita, which provides a monthly review of the property market, allowing landlords and investors to keep an eye on geographical areas with relative ease.

Mr Gooderham will be giving an update on the state of affairs in the private rental sector following the recent Budget update.

The free event is held bi-monthly and is sponsored by Rubin Lewis O’Brien Solicitors and Green & Co Accountants and Tax Advisors, both based in Cwmbran.

Managing partner at Rubin Lewis O’Brien Sam George said: “This promises to be another excellent event, providing impartial and grass-roots advice to the landlords of south east Wales.

"We always strive to give the most up-to-date and informative advice via our speakers, with this month’s event looking to do just that. The forum is a huge part of our commitment to reach out to the community and offer free advice to those that need it.”

The event will run from 6pm to 8.30pm. For more information, contact Rubin Lewis O’Brien or Green & Co.
