South Wales-based self-storage specialist Storage Giant has been named as the winner of two national awards for business excellence.

Storage Giant, which has its headquarters in Newport and 11 branches in Wales and England, has won Acquisition International Magazine’s 2019 Awards for Best Small Business of the Year 2019 (South Wales) and Best Commercial & Domestic Self-Storage Facilities 2019 (England & Wales).

The winners of the Business Excellence Awards are handpicked by AI Magazine, based on comprehensive analysis and research undertaken by the wider group. The awards recognise the businesses demonstrating innovation, growth and continual improvement.

Simon Williams, owner and managing director at Storage Giant, said: “To receive these awards is a great privilege for us and testament to the continuous hard work and dedication from our fantastic team.

"Storage Giant has always been an extremely efficient and unique self-storage company, with excellent levels of customer service. We have been growing very steadily – with three new locations added to our portfolio in the last 12 months – so we need to ensure we maintain those same levels going forward.

"Winning this award reinforces that message and is recognition of all the hard work from the entire Storage Giant team in building our business.”

Storage Giant currently has five locations in South Wales, including Newport, Cwmbran, Cardiff, Swansea and Llanelli, with additional locations in South Wales coming soon.
