I HAVE been buying the Argus six days a week for 40 years and we have never faced a price hike like this, I think you have made a catastrophic error.
The first thing I do when I receive my Argus is remove any pullouts and throw them in the bin, so extra pullouts or magazine style supplements are of no use to me, I believe any local paper’s main function is to report local news and nothing else.
Should I decide to cancel my order I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the past 40 years and for the many letters you have published from myself. I wish you the very best of luck for the future because I think you’re going to need it.
