MR MANN has a point regarding councillors’ inability to listen to their local electorate and effective influence the unelected.
Questions asked of officialdom go unanswered, requests for change based on informed local knowledge, supported by others with given expertise, are rejected because they do not comply with one theoretical manual or another.
From the Western Valley, what did Mr Mann’s Plaid led council ever do to hear and pay attention to those on the other side of the Machen mountain – a geographical feature more effective than the Berlin Wall?
