SCOTTISH Labour leader Johann Lamont has resigned with immediate effect after accusing the UK party of treating Scotland like a “branch office”. Ms Lamont described some Labour MPs as “dinosaurs” who failed to recognise that “Scotland has changed forever” after September’s referendum.
Instead of having an MSP, Scottish Labour selected MP Anas Sarwar as interim leader of the party north of the border while a successor is being chosen. Better Together only if London Labour takes the lead?
Why in Wales do Labour MPs still have the strong arm within Welsh Labour, who are just a branch office?
