WE HEAR of so many bad experiences of the NHS and ambulance service, but what happened to us was superb service.
My husband had a stroke. I dialled 999 and within half an hour, my husband was being treated by the stroke team at the Royal Gwent Hospital.
The treatment he had in the stroke unit was superb.
Thanks to the paramedics’ ambulance service and the Royal Gwent.
