ONCE again Mr Nutt must take a pop at everyone but Plaid Cymru. He conveniently forgets that Plaid were in power for a considerable time over the last three council periods, most of their councillors coming from the Caerphilly and Rhymney Valley area.
They never shared out investment either.
What did they do with the surplus monies they inherited from Islwyn when merged?
They were so overawed by power that most of the decision-making was left to the full-time senior council staff, not the elected representatives, which is probably where the root of all this bias tendency stems from.
