IT AMUSED me greatly that the fervent letter from the Bargoed Nationalist A.Nutt begging disenfranchised voters to join the Nationalist Party. I can put him and his ilk to the sword.
The “Nasty Nats” who claim to be the political answer to our problems have tried for many years to gain power but still with only six elected seats in Cardiff. I can stand with my head held high and say I am Welsh through and through but waving a flag does not put bread on the table. So I say, speak with knowledge and not fantasy hoping that wavering voters join a lost cause on the whims of the few and certainly not the many.
Oh by the way, I am not a member of any party just an onlooker who always votes to preserve the memory of those who gave their lives for the right to ensure democracy.
So please do not mislead the public through the columns of this newspaper as yet your misguided mantra has failed over many years to do the very things you just dream about.
