TODAY I have seen information released by the Conservative Party in Caerleon, which reveals a Section 106 deal was done in 2013 by Newport Council and NHS.
This was over a future residential housing estate being built at St. Cadocs Hospital.
I can’t believe this has been kept quiet for so long?
How will Caerleon cope with up to five hundred of new homes at the old campus site and maybe three hundred new homes at St. Cadocs Hospital?
Why can’t Newport Council stop the over-expansion of Caerleon?
I’m not happy with our local councillors, because surely they would’ve have known about the Section 106 deal?
