I USE Usk Way into Newport city town centre from the SDR end at least half a dozen times a day and it frustrates me that as I pass the leisure centre my view of Friars Walk i.e. Bistro Piere, Gourmet Burger, just to name two of many, is obliterated by the parking of vehicles for hire or sale.
Surely they could be placed elsewhere, are we not supposed to be selling Friars Walk to the passing motorist and their passengers.
