IN ANSWER to Ann Poyser’s letter (11/05/17) of an invasion of Japanese knotweed behind Darlington Court. When I had an allotment I was told to report any Japanese knotweed to the council. That was then.
Today if you are invaded with wasps, rats or any creepy crawly you have to pay as well as the poll tax.
