PLAID Cymru has been strongly in favour of Caerphilly Council taking over enforcement which was part of Plaid Cymru Bargoed campaign.
To coincide with these parking enforcers, towns like Bargoed need to have all car parks a two hour free parking window.
This would stop many drivers parking in the side streets, trying to avoid these parking enforcers and blocking resident parking zones.
