Try going vegan
I JUST wanted to make readers aware that it’s Veganuary.

This is the month when you can sign up to try going vegan for 30 days.

Already, over 130,000 people have signed the pledge for 2018 and the aim is to get people to try it and perhaps continue as a vegan for life. With more information being out there now of the horrors involved in the meat and dairy industry, 2017 saw an enormous increase in the number of vegans throughout the world.

It is becoming the diet for top athletes as it has been found to improve their performances.

The vegan diet has been shown to be great for your health, the planet, and of course, to reduce the unnecessary suffering of animals.

Most restaurants and supermarkets in the UK now offer vegan choices so it’s never been easier. And there is plenty of support offered by organisations such as The Vegan Society, PETA and Viva about nutrition, recipes, etc.

So if you want to reduce animal suffering, improve your health, and at the same time help save the planet, look up their websites and make 2018 the year you make a change.

And don’t worry if you don’t yet feel you can go all the way. You can always start a little at a time, it all helps. Good luck!
