CAN the Welsh Assembly justify spending what must be hundreds of millions on the 13 month public enquiry into the relief road when, presumably they have made up their minds already.
Several properties near Rogiet have been purchased, the owners have already been moved out into new homes, the locks changed on their old homes. Seems like the wool is being pulled over the public’s eyes?
Is it just another waste of public money by the unaccountable Welsh Government?
