IT IS VERY disappointing to read how bad relationships between the teaching staff and management have become at Chepstow School, leading to the current strike action. 

Pupils and parents must be very worried about the forthcoming exams and the effect this could have on their children’s futures.

I feel the governors and Monmouthshire County Council should have done more about this worsening situation before it came to this.

Pupils and their parents deserve to have more certainty about the future of the school, as young people only have one chance at getting the best out of their education.
