Re Argus article about the £1.5million cost to clean up litter and fly tipping, I have a novel idea, how about getting travellers to clean up their filth before they leave, or face having their vehicles seized until the mess is cleaned up. Also many months ago I reported an incident of fly tipping in the lane between Preston Avenue and Woodville Road, I received an automated reply in the form of a "receipt" of my call, did the council clear the mess up, not likely, the mess is now covered in overgrown undergrowth.
