According to publisher Deadline, the show will be called The Choir and will star Corden and Jones once again.

The pair, who are long-term friends, starred as two of the main characters, Smithy and Nessa, in Gavin & Stacey.

"Ben has been living abroad, while Lisa has carried on in their small English town, where nothing ever happens.

"But when events take a sorry turn, Ben is forced to return to a life he never wanted, a town he never liked and a family from which he’s estranged."

It will be an eight-part comedy drama with filming reportedly due to begin next year.
