GOING: Byron Anthony is to leave his role as Newport County academy manager
NEWPORT County AFC have announced that academy manager Byron Anthony is to leave the club.
Anthony led the Exiles under-18s to the EFL Youth Alliance Merit League 1 title last year.
He also oversaw the academy's upgrade to EPPP Category 3 status this year.
The club announced the news in a brief statement this afternoon: "Academy manager, Byron Anthony, has decided to leave the club at the end of this month.
"We would like thank him for his commitment to the club over the last four years, during which his achievements included obtaining EPPP Category 3 Academy status ahead of the 2018/19 season."
