THE rugby players of Monmouth School for Boys recorded a hard-fought 15-10 home victory against old rivals, Millfield School.
The under-16 A team showed plenty of spirit and determination to edge out visiting Millfield on a cold afternoon on Saturday.
Photographer Gareth Roberts captured the action which saw important tries from Joe Jenkins and Hugo Caldicott to put Monmouth in control.
Eoin Shackleton and Theo Mayell were among the players who also gave impressive displays and helped seal a memorable victory for the school.
