TALENTED Wales Under-20s cap Jason Tovey is in the Newport Gwent Dragons squad for the trip to Leinster on Saturday after enjoying an assured regional debut at outside half in last week's defeat to the Ospreys.

Skipper Colin Charvis is rested for the trip to the Royal Dublin Society arena with the Dragons facing both Ospreys and Leinster at Rodney Parade next week.

Back row star Joe Bearman is also missing as is centre Rhodri Gomer Davies who picked up a neck injury against the Ospreys.

And second row Andrew Hall is on course to join team-mate Adam Black and become only the second player to join the Magners League's 100 cap club.

Leinster have named 11 Ireland internationals in a very strong squad as they aim to secure the Magners League title in front of their home fans.

The likes of Brian O'Driscoll, Felipe Contepomi, Shane Horgan, Girvan Dempsey and Rob Kearney are included in the backs while Springbok veteran prop Ollie le Roux and the up-and-coming Irish back rower Jamie Heaslip are in the forwards.

There will be a bumper crowd for the match in Ballsbridge with ticket sales already passing the 15,000 mark.

The game is being shown live on S4C and kick off is at 6pm.
