NEWPORT County AFC will have a new look for their final game of the League Two season against Crewe Alexandra on Monday.

The Exiles are changing kit manufacturer to VX3 – the same company as the Dragons – and will launch next season’s home jersey on Thursday.

Graham Coughlan’s side will then wear their 2023/24 kit as they bid for a top-half finish in the Rodney Parade finale (kick-off 12.30pm).

“As previously announced VX3 have been appointed the club's kit and leisure wear provider for the next three seasons,” read a County statement.

“The club had to respond quickly in response to the bankruptcy of Hummel's UK arm, Elite. An arrangement that still had over one year to run.

“Nevertheless, a full selection process was undertaken, with VX3 proving to be the best option in terms of quality and commitment to tight delivery times.

“In addition, VX3 offered a very generous gift of kit provision and were one of the only providers to offer to run our retail operations as part of the deal.”

Kits will be available to buy from Thursday with training and leisure wear launched on June 15.

Next season’s away kit will be unveiled on July 17, with sponsors currently being finalised, before the launch of the third kit on August 18 after the season gets under way.
