Wales will play Finland at home in the UEFA European Championships playoff semi-finals in what will be their last chance to qualify for the 2024 tournament.

Wales missed out on automatic qualification to the 2024 tournament, which is to be held in Germany, after finishing third in Group D behind Turkey and Croatia.

Automatic qualification for the national side was looking promising after beating Croatia 2-1 at Cardiff City Stadium in October.

But Wales could only manage 1-1 draws against Armenia and Turkey in their final two games which saw them slip to third on the table and miss out on automatic qualification.

Wales now has one final chance to make the UEFA Euros 2024 tournament through the play-offs.
