IT’LL take more than heading to Twickenham with the expectation of living up to the favourites tag to faze Wales number eight Toby Faletau.

Victory against England in London tomorrow would inch Warren Gatland’s men towards a second Grand Slam in four years.

Despite just one success at Twickenham since 1988, the bookmakers have installed Wales as favourites on the back of them reaching last year’s World Cup semi-finals and being the form side so far in the Six Nations. And there is a weight of public expectation on Gatland’s team to take the spoils in the fiercest of rivalries.

But Newport Gwent Dragons forward Faletau, who is all too aware of the cross-border rivalry as a former student at Filton College in Bristol, is well known for being unflappable.

He will put his headphones on in the Twickenham changing room and prepare for the game like any other.

"It’s exciting because it’s a big game but you don’t let the occasion get to you," said the 21-year-old rising star. "Playing England is always a big game and there is a special rivalry but at the end of the day it is just another chance to play for Wales.

"The games against them last summer were tough and they are all big strong boys, so it should be a another hard one.

"But I think there is more to come from us, we are still getting things together and there is room for improvement.

"The tournament has gone well and the boys are running in the tries. We need to build on that now."
