A 21-YEAR-OLD Nailsworth man has appeared in court charged with raping a 13-year-old girl.
Tristan Dunning, of Churchill Road, Nailsworth pleaded not guilty to raping the girl on January 8 during an appearance at Gloucester Crown Court today, Thursday.
His Honour Judge Jamie Tabor QC said: "Before a plea and case management hearing text messages between the defendant and the girl will be studied."
Dunning was granted conditional bail until his next appearance on November 18.
