A MAN has been charged following a fatal collision on Bisley Road in Stroud yesterday afternoon.
Daryl Ackland, aged 36, of Target Close in Stroud (previously of Stonehouse), has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving and driving without insurance.
He will appear at Cheltenham Magistrates Court tomorrow (Saturday, October 29).
Two other men, both aged 18, have been released without charge.
The charge is in relation to a collision in which a 70-year-old cyclist died after being hit by a red Saab.
