THIS picture shows a building on Bridge Street in the heart of Newport city centre.
The old picture shows the building, known at Tredegar Chambers, when it was the home to the Brecon and Merthyr Railway Company’s office.
The more modern image is from 2016 and a number of the businesses shown in the commercial premises on the ground floor are no longer there.
