AN APPEAL for information has been made after a man died in a crash yesterday.
It happened on the B4287 at Efail Fach, Pontrhydyfen, at 7.30pm on Saturday, October 30.
Two vehicles were involved in the crash – a green Mazda MX-5 and a red Ford Fiesta. The cars were driving in opposite directions.
The 22-year-old male passenger of the Mazda died from his injuries while the driver, a 27-year-old man was seriously injured.

The driver of the Fiesta was taken to hospital with injuries and two passengers were unhurt.
The road was closed for a number of hours for South Wales Police to carry out an investigation. Anyone with any information, who may have been travelling along the route and noticed either of the vehicles, or who may have dashcam footage is asked to contact South Wales Police through:
