HERE is a round-up of everyone who has been before Newport Magistrates Court and fined for speeding over the past week.
The following cases are for the week from October 26 to November 2.
Ruby Sreeram
Sreeram was fined more than £500 at Newport Magistrates' Court on Tuesday, October 26.
The 48-year-old, of Brabazon Road, Newport, was clocked travelling at 55mph on a 30mph section of the A4042 in Newport.
She was fined £576 for the offence, which occurred on April 11, 2021.
She was also ordered to cover costs of £90 and pay a victim surcharge of £57.
Her driving record was endorsed with six points.
Craig Edmunds
Edmunds was fined more than £100 at Newport Magistrates' Court on Tuesday, October 26.
The 46-year-old, of Moriah Houses, Merthyr Tydfil, was clocked travelling at 39mph on a 30mph section of Nelson Road in Ystrad Mynach.
He was fined £130 for the offence, which occurred on April 10, 2021.
He was also ordered to cover costs of £90 and pay a victim surcharge of £34.
His driving record was endorsed with three points.
Jason Davies
Davies was fined more than £600 at Newport Magistrates' Court on Thursday, October 28.
The 35-year-old, of Elm Grove, Newport, was clocked travelling at 58mph on a 30mph section of the A4042 in Newport.
He was fined £603 for the offence, which occurred on April 11, 2021.
He was also ordered to cover costs of £90 and pay a victim surcharge of £60.
His driving record was endorsed with six points.

Robert Cody
Cody was fined more than £200 at Newport Magistrates' Court on Thursday, October 28.
The 54-year-old, of Old Pant Road, Pantside, was clocked travelling at 86mph on a 70mph section of the A472 at Newbridge.
He was fined £220 for the offence, which occurred on April 4, 2021.
He was also ordered to cover costs of £90 and pay a victim surcharge of £34.
His driving record was endorsed with three points.
Mark Reynolds
Reynolds was fined more than £200 at Newport Magistrates' Court on Friday, October 29.
The 37-year-old, of Edward German Crescent, Newport, was clocked travelling at 38mph on a 30mph section of Chepstow Road in Newport.
He was fined £220 for the offence, which occurred on April 14, 2021.
He was also ordered to cover costs of £90 and pay a victim surcharge of £34.
His driving record was endorsed with three points.
Nathan Garrett
Garrett was fined £40 at Newport Magistrates' Court on Friday, October 29.
The 37-year-old, of Fair View, Tredegar, was clocked travelling at 36mph on a 30mph section of the A4046 at Waunllywd.
He was fined £40 for the offence, which occurred on April 14, 2021.

Hughes was fined more than £50 at Newport Magistrates' Court on Friday, October 29.
The 41-year-old, of Parc Panteg, Griffithstown, was clocked travelling at 36mph on a 30mph section of Station Road in Sebastopol.
