FATHER’S Day is just around the corner, so this week’s column is a gift guide for every kind of dad, with a particular emphasis on the booze - probably as myself and Pappa Bakes have a shared love of a good tipple.
Every dad is different, but hopefully you’ll find something for yours here. And don’t forget to give him a big hug on Sunday – after all, he didn’t do too badly with you did he?
For cultured dad, why not get him the Kindle Fire HDx, from £199, to read his favourite books and watch his favourite art house films on? It has perfect-colour HDX display, plus a powerful quad-core processor for fast, fluid. It also boasts 100 per cent HD display with over two million pixels - I'm not entirely sure what that means but it certainly sounds impressive.
Best of all, it offers Kindle FreeTime for individual profiles and, most importantly, time limits for kids – so they can’t even steal it from him.
